The honest version
Your order is prepared and dispatched within 1–2 business days, then delivered in 5–10 business days (tracked, always).
Wedding within 3 weeks?
Order now and add your wedding date in the field just above “Add to cart”. If we believe it will not arrive comfortably before your date, we will contact you the same day and refund you in full before it ships. We would rather lose an order than be the reason a bride worries.
Returns
30 days, no drama. If the veil is not what you dreamed, send it back unworn in its box for a full refund.
