Refund policy

30 days, no drama

If your Veilaine piece is not what you dreamed, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. Items must be unworn (trying on is fine), undamaged, and returned in the Veilaine keepsake box.

How to start a return

Email contact@veilaine.com with your order number and, if you like, a sentence about why — it genuinely helps us make better veils. We reply within one business day with the return address and instructions. Return postage is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or incorrect items

If anything arrives damaged, or we sent the wrong item or colour, email us a photo within 7 days of delivery — we will send a free replacement or a full refund including any postage, whichever you prefer. No need to return the damaged piece.

The Wedding-Date Promise

If you gave us your wedding date when you ordered and we determine we cannot comfortably deliver before it, we will contact you and refund you in full before the order ships.

Refund timing

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 2 business days of us receiving the return, and typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
