Welcome to Veilaine. By placing an order at veilaine.com you agree to these terms. We have kept them short and human.

Products & colours

Every piece is checked by hand and photographed honestly. Screens vary: ivory, white and champagne may render slightly differently on your device. If colour matters critically, email contact@veilaine.com with a photo of your dress before ordering — we answer within one business day.

Orders & pricing

Prices are shown in your local currency at checkout. An order is accepted when we send the confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel and fully refund any order (for example, suspected fraud or a pricing error) — if we do, you will be notified and refunded immediately.

Delivery

Delivery estimates and the Wedding-Date Promise are described in our Delivery policy. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or carriers beyond our stated windows, but we will always help you chase a parcel.

Intellectual property

All content on this site — text, photography, branding — belongs to Veilaine and may not be reproduced commercially without permission.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and nothing affects your statutory consumer rights (including under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 and equivalent US state laws).
