Where we deliver

United States and United Kingdom (mainland; UK offshore islands excluded), with European Union delivery rolling out. All parcels are tracked.

Timelines

Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Delivery takes 5–10 business days from dispatch. You will receive the tracking link by email the moment it ships.

The Wedding-Date Promise

Wedding within three weeks? Add your date in the wedding-date field when you order. If we believe your order will not arrive comfortably before it, we will contact you the same day and refund you in full before it ships. We would rather lose an order than be the reason a bride worries.

Costs & customs

Shipping is calculated at checkout. US and UK orders are delivered duty-paid at the prices shown — no surprise charges at the door.

Lost or delayed parcels

If tracking stalls for more than 5 business days, email contact@veilaine.com — we chase the carrier and, if a parcel is confirmed lost, reship or refund in full, your choice.
